Eligibility means meeting certain requirements that entitle you to receive health care services from the Seneca Nation Health Department.  All of the requirement guidelines follow IHS regulations, but are established locally by a SNI Tribal Council resolution passed  on April 14, 1983.  These requirements apply to any and all persons wishing to receive service from SNHD resources and/or facilities.  The eligibility factors are separate for Direct Services and Contract Health Services and depend on the location of your residence.
