mind are changing at a rapid rate to bring you from child to
adult. It's a time that should fill you with anticipation,
hopes, dreams and knowledge to carry with you into your future.
There is so much going on, school, dating, sports, hobbies,

anything else. Sometimes some very important issues get lost in
the shuffle of our teen life. Health is probably the number one
most overlooked issue in the teen psyche. Your not experiencing
any major health problems so why worry, right? Wrong, it would
do teens a great deal of good to mind their health now instead
of waiting till the health problems arise later on in life. I
know, your feeling like the world is your canvas and you are
invincible, ready to conquer it and paint it how ever you would
like. Well, you might feel invincible and ready to conquer but
without your good health you may just find that the world may
conquer you. So with that said, repeat after me….."I am not
invincible"!!! Health troubles can strike at any time, to
anyone, anywhere, it is best for you as an adolescent to develop
healthy habits now. The habits you set for yourself today will
follow you for years to come and will literally map out your
future.

personal health issues and will assist you in carrying out your
plan. By acting now you will not only help yourself "conquer the
world"but will ensure the future of our people and children
